How can I view a candidate's video resume?
You can view the resumes from any computer that has an Internet connection. The videos use the advanced flash compression so viewing over WiFi is no problem.
 
Are the videos downloaded to my computer?
No, all videos are stored at Technical ProSource and are "streamed" to your computer via the Internet

 

Do I need any special software to view the videos?
No, all of our video resumes can be viewed utilizing software pre-installed with any Microsoft operating system

 

What if I'm having trouble viewing Video Resumes?

Do all applicants choose to do a Video Resume?
The Applicants choose whether they would like to do a Video Resume. If they choose not to, we will email their answers to the interview questions

So, you can fast-forward, replay, or end the interview at your leisure, on your time schedule with no pressure.
