History

ProSource started its first year in business in 1989, when a gallon of gas cost $2.07 and the Dow Jones was at 2,753.  The company was founded by two industry leaders that saw a need for an integrity rich specialized staffing firm.  The founders were technical innovators which led to the creation of our proprietary candidate database which has grown to over 45,000 candidates.  It also led to the creation of the first video resume system in the Texas staffing industry starting in 2002.  ProSource adopted a work philosophy known as the "FISH! Philosophy", which teaches how to make work fun.  This attitude contributes to the team spirit at ProSource.  In our 20+ years we have placed technical candidates in a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Energy, Finance, Manufacturing, and Service industries.  Technical ProSource has become a familiar name with Houston clients that are looking to augment their staff with highly experienced team players.
